Hi , I just get this medal bar , but I miss one for a long service medal or cross ?

Its pre WW1. Looks to be missing a Prussian Crown Order/Medal.

yes nice bar.
you can see the different colours between the long service and the ko-medal.

Most likely a Prussian crown order, 4th class. The crown order medal is less likely and would be wrong-positioned: as a non-official award, it's proper place is behind the two others.
