Default Thread taps for "Y" and "W" fuse adapters, S.Mi.35

Would anyone know what size of metric thread taps I would need to clean and / or re-tap "Y" and "W" fuse adapters used on S.Mi.35's ?? I need to know the thread size and the thread pitch. Has anyone any experience re-working these adapters if they are in ground dug condition? I picked some up and the threads are rusted up. I don't what to take the chance of trying to install my fuses into them or screwing them onto my S.Mi.35 for the fear of f***ing up the threads. I know that ground dug is not the best choice, but nearly all the S.Mi.35 adapters that I see for sale appear to be ground dug or were badly stored for years in a damp environment. Any advise is welcome. Thanks!

A Dremel with a wire brush attachment might help also. I have used this a number of times. I have a number of tap sets but these are larger than mine. Good luck with your project.
