Default E.S.W.-1 Programmable Flare

Hi All,
Finally after years of searching I have scored an E.S.W. in live and mint condition.
Hope you enjoy. Very rare,

The E.S.W. a multi-star signal cartridge is a complex construction offering 6 different signal combinations that can be chosen by twisting the enclosure cap, joined to the inner cylinder, into specific positions.

I guarantee that to some collectors, these are virtually unheard of. Its impressive that you have procured one in mint condition however to find one live is extraordinary! I would like to ask you, is the flare cartridge made of aluminium or zinc? Either way, most would never come close to anything like this in their lifetime and for that thank you for sharing this piece with the community!

Best regards, Martin.

Default E.s.w.

Thanks all for the kind words.
The body of the flare is aluminum with brass primer.
