Default My miniature 1/6 scale headgear

Hi Guys,

My name is Keith. I'm new here. I found this site while looking for references for the caps I make. I thought I'd take a minute to show you what I do.

I don't know how to directly post photos in this thread, so I'll have to direct you to my Flickr.com site. Here's the link http://www.flickr.com/photos/mimstudios/

Thanks for looking.

Keith, you're a craftsman. The detail and symmetry to your hats is fantastic!

WOW.....This visors and field hats have to be THE BEST headgear product in 1/6 scale I have ever seen!!!

Their scale, form and insignia looks superb, the "Herman Mayer" Luftwaffe cap looks great, and that one is not an easy hat to reproduce in 1/6 scale and finish looking perfect....Congratulations on a great craftmanship display.

WOW!!!! I'm speachless.... If I didn't know they were 1/6th scale I would have thought they were excellent repro headgear. And I too lack funds to get one of these jewels!!!!! Well done you are a Master Hatter

Hey thanks a lot for the kind words guys. I try to make my caps look as close to scale as possible. I get a lot of enjoyment out of seeing how much detail I can capture.

Rickart, your insignia looks good. I just talked to a guy last weekend about making some for me. I wish I had been able to check back here sooner. He hasn't gotten back to me yet, so we may have to talk.

Jaime, your figures are very nice.

Thanks again everyone,
