We encourage everyone to have a clean and clear transaction, and the best way to do that is by asking questions. Often the problem is not in bad intentions, but in lack of communication.

-If you have a complaint about a transaction, please e-mail us to report it. While we, as stated above, have no recourse to intervene in that particular transaction, we will conduct an inquiry.

-Blatant disregard of common decency rules, or the breaching of agreements (agreeing to a return policy and not allowing the return of items) could result in the banning of individuals from further postings.

-We reserve the right to refuse the posting of any item or items.

This service has been implemented with the idea that people are good, and that the community we have formed here and on the forum is here for the betterment of the hobby in mind. I do not anticipate many problems, so have fun and good collecting!
